The Senior Management Committee oversees and manages the Cooperative's internal operations and business affairs in general, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, who is appointed by the Directors. The Cooperative's business and growth strategies are drafted by the Senior Management Committee and presented to the Directors. It carries out the choices that its committees and directors have made. It manages, oversees, and regulates the Cooperative's ongoing operations as well as its assets, money, and human capital. In order to facilitate the Cooperative's growth and guarantee adherence to relevant laws and regulations, it puts rules and procedures into effect.
